Based on that Dr. Meredith Belbin do a research that prove that an achievement of team is not just determine by intelectual alone, but more to the behaviour of the team itself. The research identified some of behaviour that each of them have a contribution to the team. and it divide into 3 category, People,Action and Thinking In this game you play as a manager who manages the team and project to assign based on their Belbin category.
