Saving game saves automatically whenever you touch a dragon fountain statue or you die. bosses will stay dead forever, and levers will stay flipped, but normal enemies respawn whenever the game saves. you can continue a previous save using the start button on the start menu, or you can restart with the restart button on the start menu.
